Napa Valley

Napa Valley is considered one of the premier wine regions in the world. Records of commercial wine production in the region date back to the nineteenth century. Almost 4.5 million people visit Napa Valley each year, making it a very popular tourist destination in California, and "The World's Best Wine and Food Destination" as awarded by TripAdvisor's 2010 Travelers' Choice Awards.

San Francisco and Oakland both have shuttle buses that run a fixed route schedule from the airport to the City of Napa.

Sonoma Valley

Known as the birthplace of the California wine industry, the valley is home to some of the earliest vineyards and wineries in the state. Sonoma Valley offers a wide range of year-round festivals and events, including the Sonoma International Film Festival.
